Well, it turned out to be a beautiful day here. I did a little work in my raspberries but came in quick before DH could ask me to help do other stuff out there. LOL.

I'm glad I got DH's car stuff done today.  Tomorrow, I need to go to the grocery store, shopping for a Christening gift for my cousins baby and off to DS#1's baseball game. 

It was a cold, rainy, dreary day today.  I made homemade mac & cheese for dinner - a real comfort meal for a day like today.  We're waiting for my brother to get home, so we can watch last nights episode of LOST.

Things have been crazy aruond here the last few days.  I finally got the lawn mower up and running and the job done plus the weed eating.  Guess we are ready for our company from Texas for the weekend.

Tragedy here yesterday.   Our friends' lost their son in an accident just a few miles outside of our town yesterday afternoon.   Someone else's fault.   I baked food for them this morning and  we're all trying to deal with it.   Everyone knows everyone in a small town like we live in.

Its been a hot day and I just got the kids out of the pool for the 2nd time. The water is colder than all get out but that didnt stop them! LOL

TOH must work on this BB on Friday nights cuz its messed up as far as trying to post. I have to wait 5 minutes for things to download and just when I think its time to type,they download more stuff!

Gonna try and relax a little tonight. DH is leaving at 4am in the morning to come up here. He will be here around 8 or 9pm although he says around 7pm! He is staying until Wed. morning. Almost long enough to get some stuff taken care of. He has Bank things to attend to up here ,then I will get him to at least go buy a kitchen sink & counter top for the H House.
