I am well, my friend. I just ordered two more copies of your book! LOL! They are gifts for co-workers. One of my co-workers who has had gastric by-pass surgery spent the night in the hospital after eating beets that were too fibrous and occluded her stomach. I told her she needed to pressure cook them babies and break those fibers down! It turned in to a rather intense discussion among her, the kitchen manager and myself about the benefits of pressure cooking, and of course, I went all gaga about your book. The kitchen manager has been pressure cooking for years and was intrigued, and the other woman, who was afraid of pressure cooking, is now addicted to your site! LOL! Another convert in the making, kid!
