    Good morning...

    Good morning,

I've been up for awake for over an hour, and decided to get up instead of just lying in bed staring at the ceiling.  So. I've got a load of laundry on the go, a pot of coffee and about to start breakie.

This morning, dh and I are going to go fishing.  It's something that totally relaxes me and gets me outside (besides gardening).  After being stuck indoors all week, staring out the window, I need a break.  Then we'll come home and do some more gardening.  So far everything I have planted is up and growing (including the weeds, but then again, I didn't plant them). Today I want to get some potatoes in the ground.  I was going to do that a week or so ago, but never got them in.  I'll have to put the fencing up for the peas in a week or two, as they are really popping up.

I'm going to post a recipe in the favourites post. It's for the rhubarb cheesecake that I made this week.  It's really delicious.  My patch is growing well this year and I need to find some more recipes for rhubarb.  I've got to pull some to freeze as well.  Think I will be sharing with the neighbours too.

Well, off to post the cheesecake recipe and then get breakfast going.  Dh needs to get up and dig some worms for us too.

    Have a great day!

hi cathy    they say the early bird catches the worm..............hmmmmmmmmm

should you have kicked DH out of bed before you to get them? lol   OR  maybe you should of gone to get them  hahaha

a wee solution of dish soap and warm water will make the worms  come out quick! have a relaxing time, enjoy yourself!

    Good morning,

I guess I'm the first one up again this morning.  I don't think I could sleep in, even if I wanted to.  My body keeps waking me up at 5am.  I laid there staring at the ceiling until the cat realized I was awake and bugged me to get up so he could be fed.

So, coffee's on and I need to get a cup.  Have a great day

I can't get the Reply to an Existing Message to open for Crea's post. I suppose Sunday morning really IS the best time too maintenance, but I wonder how long it'll last. And Ijust don't have the time or patience this morning to wait for it to cooperate.

    Coffee  Good Morning ALL!!!

Red sky at morning...the sky this morning was INCREDIBLE!!! Clear and all, but the clouds are moving in. Cathy, I feel your pain. I went to bed at 9 last night, with a sinus irritation, and the medicine knocked me out...for about an hour. Slept off and on until around 2, and then couldn't sleep anymore. Watched High Anxiety and Bus Stop, that were on tv, hoping they'd have me asleep...nope. Anyway, I fussed over the darned files for students yesterday, and got SOME done, but not as far as I wanted. Oh, they're all done, but I didn't realise that I needed a special program to convert my midi files to WAV format, so I'll be looking for a solution to that little problem today...too late for the student for this week...but I'll have it solved for next week, I'm sure.

I have time this morning for a decent breakfast, so I'm off to have that. Enjoy your day, all!!!
