By now alot of you are probably watching the races. I am watching the House Marathon. I'll be up on commercials, so I hope I see many of you who are watching the races.

Good Night BJ & Everybody!

Well, the piano is now fixed - well temporarily anyway.  The man told me how to fix it and said that once he was out and about again that he'd stop over with some new screws.  I suppose that my 10-yr warranty has now expired since it started in 1915 according to the plate that I found on the inside, ya think?  LOL

Lost my "cleaning steam" so I just finished up the laundry that I had already started and I'll do the rest tomorrow.  Just spent the afternoon playing the piano, making some cards that I might want to use somewhere down the road, got my SS package ready to go out in Monday's mail and did a little bit of cutting out & sewing.  Just kind of one of those days where I didn't accomplish a lot doing any one thing which is fine. 

Flipping between the race & the ballgame and making some Shrimp Scampi for my dinner (DH & DS ate leftover chicken from last night).

Paulette,  Love Shrimp Scampi....those two boys probably had a method behind their madness when they ate the leftover chicken.

I pretty much have the truck packed and ready.....just need to throw together bathroom products after we shower in the morning and we're good to go.  We are meeting some friends two hours away for breakfast at 7:00......so.......that means an early start.

We love all ours even though 2 aren't ours. When their time comes it will be bad. One is getting close. Not looking forward to that. He's a sweetheart.

Havent read any posts today. Been busy with the house and taking kids in the hot tub(pool is too cold and has too much chlorine in it).

DH will be here in a few hours. All he$$ is going to break loose and my nerves are shot!

LOL @ you Jackie!  That's me in a nutshell somedays - I don't know exactly what I'm replying to when I tell someone to have a good day or something like that - kind of dangerous territory to say the least.  In this case, what you said was appropriate - Diane is off to pick up a new puppy!  LOL  Now.......since you didn't read the posts from earlier today, I was trying to get you to put on your "piano-fixer" hat!  LOL  I had a "popping pedal" problem that needed fixing.  I was trying to avoid calling the piano repairman, but had to and he told me how to fix it over the phone!  So......if you ever have THAT problem, I'm your "go-to" girl!  *barf*  LOL  I'm starting now with my prayers for you since your DH is due to arrive soon - something tells me that you're not all about it - imagine THAT!  LOL

Diane - Have a fun trip and enjoy your breakfast!  I like breakfast provided that it's served later in the morning.  Eating as soon as I wake up is just not my thing.

Well the real race is just about to start - I'll check back in on commercials.

LMAO Sarge!- Thats one  of a few things I dont know how to do or even want to know how to do.I can fiddle around playing a piano(very limited to 2 songs! LOL) but cant fix them.

Im glad its a puppy that Diane is going on a trip for! Now I can relax! LOL

As far as DH goes, its not me thats going to have to worry, its G4E. The girl has pushed her limit far and beyond.Tomorrow is her 15th Birthday and I dont know if she is going to make it to her 16th(just kidding,I think!)

Our game was shortened due to rain, but it counted...our boys won 7-4.  DS#1 had an RBI (with a ground out) & 2 walks.  He was schedule to pitch the last 2 innings, but he didn't due to the rainout.
