TATER TOT CASSEROLE
1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen tater tots
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz) can cream of celery soup
1 soup can milk
1 (3 oz) can french-fried onions
Preheat oven to 325. Brown meat and onion in skillet, season with a little salt and pepper and drain. Put half meat mixture into sprayed 9x13-inch baking pan. Cover with tater tots and add remaining meat mixture. Combine soups and milk and heat. Pour mixture over meat. Cover with onion rings. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.

HOT SLAW
1 (2 lb) cabbage
6 strips bacon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup vinegar
Shred cabbage. Dice bacon and cook until crisp. Remove bacon and save pan drippings. Add sugar, celery seed, mustard, salt and vinegar to skillet. When mixture is hot, pour over cabbage and turn to mix well. Add bacon bits and serve.
