    Thank god there is still common sense among some judges.  Those jack booted thug *** CPS p.o.s need to be beaten for violating the civil rights of those families.

    I think they did have a right to do something about those old men marrying underage girls.

    They had the right to take the kids that were being abused, but they didn't have the right to take them all.

    But none of them were and there was no proof of such which is why the judge spanked the N.A.Z.I.s at CPS. The children will be returned within 10 days. Hopefully they can forget about this nightmare forced upon them by the state of Texas.

    I heard one of the girl "children" was in fact 27 years old...

     100 or so children have had no one come forward as parents.

     I have done DNA testing on self acclaimed "parents" in my profession ..............

     

     Yes....Take the kids and safeguard them

     

     IF and WHEN................. DNA proves the" UMM"  "fathers "  have a Parental..... right,,,,,,,, not a "Deviantal" right  to these children

    Yes- seriously. Also one guy by the last name of Steed (I think that is the name) admitted that one of his wives is currently 16 (and has had children already). It was stated in court that he can now "not be located". I don't think that this is over by a long shot. The states attorney general is in the process of going after them for welfare fraud.

    The state has embarrassed itself enough already. They will face paying HUGE legal remedies. Fraud?  Nothing wrong with single mothers collecting welfare - well, from a legal perspective anyway.  Any of those members are free to leave the state if they wish. Its over.

    I don't doubt there were some major issues on that compound, but I don't believe that all of those children were in danger and I don't believe the State of Texas has the right to seize 400 children because they "think" that they are in danger.  The people enforcing our laws HAVE to follow those laws too. Even though they don't believe that.
