Cream of Asparagus Soup
2-3 cups diced asparagus
3-cups milk
1-tablespoon butter
1-chicken bouillon cube
2-3 tablespoons flour
4-6 oz. Velveta cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Steam diced asparagus until just tender. Add milk & butter,stirring constantly. Add bouillon cube. Add flour & stir until soup thickens. Add cheese,salt & pepper (to taste). Stir until cheese is melted.
