    Hi

    I am looking for a recipe that uses ripe/older yellow cucumbers.  It has the cucumbers diced and there are pimento's and onions included.  It has a sweet vineager brine.  It was my grandmothers recipe (she was polish) and when she passed away we lost the recipe.

     Can anyone help?

    The old country corner has moved to recipes, because there wasn't enough activity here, so if you post on recipes you will probably get more responses...good luck finding your recipe!
