We are doomed!!  If I stop posting it may be because we have eaten bad condiments. LOL  When I get rid of all of the old ones, my refrigerator will be a whole lot emptier.  Did I see Chinese take--out packages of soy and duck sauce on the list??  We are bad in this area.

JG:  LOL!  I'm as bad as you.  My eldest is forever saying this is 2 days past expiry and I'll say to her.  Don't you dare throw it out!  That's a waste of money!

I haven't expired yet or got sick.  Perhaps I better not test fate??????

Mine would be empty if I tossed on this schedule.. it hasn't killed me yet...*LOL*  although I did do a "clean out" the other day  and tossed many end of jars that were in there.. then laughed there isn't anything in there that is older than a year and a half old...I lost everything in the fridge during the power outage in December of 2006...

I've got to rub the sleep out of my eyes.  I thought this post was "Periodic Table of the Condiments" and was going to be a chart like the Periodic Table of the Elements!  

Then I did a double-take when I found that there really IS such a thing!!!
