Star, thanks for posting a great recipe! A quick question - did you fix these in the oven or the microwave?
I fixed them for our dinner tonight, following the microwave directions to the letter. They had a very good flavor, but way too soupy. Even after 20 minutes on high, there was most of the liquid left, and they were nothing like what the picture looks like. (our microwave is fine, too)
I went back to the recipe source and read the one review that I found to see if someone else might have had the same problem, but didn't read anything about it. If I fix these in the microwave again, I am going to really cut back on the 1/4 cup water.
I love the fact that you can put them in the microwave - that makes this a perfect summer dish where you don't have to heat up the kitchen with the oven. Thanks so much for the recipe!
