LOST PATTERN COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

i lost a pattern for a santa's face it is made it to a hexogon i think and a note is tied to the top that says squeeze my cheeks and i will give you a kiss and you put a hersheys kiss in the box i had the pattern years ago and we had a fire 2 years ago and i lost it and someone here gave me the web site on how to make one it is not exact but it was close enough and i lost the pattern i would appreciate anyone's help thank you for anyone's help dorothy from tenn

I've seen this in a craft booklet containing lots of these "squeeze me and I'll give you a kiss" patterns but don't have the Santa one.  Hope someone can help you.
