Yooper - you are too funny - thats my idea of clothing too- I barely make it to get decently dressed for church. I live in shorts in the summer and I'm old lady. LOL Guess because I had to wear suits and dresses and stupid nylons for 35 years I cannot stand to do it now. the more casual the better. LOL

Gee it looks like a T/Storm here big time. Just got the balcony vaccumed in time.

Morning everyone. It is going to be a hot one here today. They are forecasting highs to 37º or higher. That is around 100ºF! Yikes. I think everyone will just be trying to stay cool!  I know I will!

I feel for DH. He is working today, and it gets really warm in the building he works in. Hopefully there will be a bit of a breeze.

I slept in this morning..till 8! It was kind of nice, but now it feels like the day is slipping away. Not sure what exactly my plans are, but I know I will find something to do , for sure!

Hope you all have a nice day.

Yooper, Madisonville is between Hopkinsville & Evansville, In. on either side then going further and to the sides is Owensboro and Bowling green, On straight you go through Litchfield, Elizabethtown on to Louisville.  I've never been any further into these cities except going on the interstes to get to Ohio. From Paducah to Louisville is maybe 3 hours-3-1/2. Then there is Lexington where all the horse farms are sort of south east. That is beautiful up there. We went to a UK basketball game once .

PS: You don't know how near you came to being deleted. LOL

Waving from sizzling Central Alberta. I've been very busy with work shifts and European company. Tomorrow we're expecting another houseful of family, with temps of around 31*. Blah, big time, BLAH!!! Then Monday and Tuesday I have 2 LONG shifts, including overnights. Hope it'll cool down some. We may still be getting more relatives from "across the pond". They are currently headed for Calgary, and it's another 5-6 hours to our place. They need to be back in Toronto to fly home July 11. They're still debating on coming up...with the crazy gas prices and a huge country they hadn't visualized. So, if I'm not around, it's hectic here. Take care, everyone, and have a great Canada Day, whatever it is you've planned. As I work as a casual, I got called to do July 1. ***JP***
