    Boye Needlemaster Knitting kit

I am new to this group, but have been on the older Reiman bulletin board for a while. I'm still learning my way around this newer site. I enjoy needlework-knitting, crocheting, sewing, quilting, etc. My time is just rather limited for the short term, hopefully it will only be short term. Does anyone use the knitting needles from this kit? If so, would you purchase the set again? Does the project move easily from the needlepoint to the cable part? Are the needles easily assembled, and do they stay together well? Balloon2x

     Welcome Balloon2x,

I don't knit but I'm giving this post a bump.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with this set.  I didn't want you to feel ignored so I responded.  I've already invested in almost every needle size straight and circular so I wouldn't be interested in the kit now but might have if I was just starting out.  I'd also be curious to know if the yarn catches at all at the point where cable and needle meet.
