Hello to all,

I was happy to find an envelope in the mail today that wasn't a bill It was nice to hear from coo_kie, (Cookie Stein) all the way from PA.  You're on the ball I must say Cookie.  I think I have my envelopes addressed for July and that's about it.  The BBQ turkey meatballs sound yummy, as do the other recipes you sent.  Thanks for the blank cards as well.  Just returned from the vet with our Beagle, Bob, who has a nasty ear infection.  It's hot, hot, hot here in WI and is suppose to stay like this for awhile.  Thank goodness for the AC.  Hope everyone had a safe and happy 4th.    Kitty 

I received some wonderful sounding recipes today from Anna (babcia_pa) They all look so good, but especially the frosted pecans!!! YUMMY!!!

This is new to me.  I got my first set of recipe cards from Coo_kie as well.

I cannot wait until I get back from our vacation to alaska to try them :)

I will be sending my recipes off on Saturday.

I think I will be trying the sweet and sour shell salad first Yummy!

I received recipes from Kate (katemarie_ia) in Iowa yesterday!  Thanks so much for the 12 yummy recipes.  They all sound good, but I think I will try the Strawberry Shortcut Cake, it will be great with fresh strawberries!  Also for the cute blank cards.

 I got recipes today from Amy-arizonacook.  They sound great.  The kids will like the No-Bake peanutbutter bars.  No oven is great, cuz it is starting to get hot here now! Thanks for the cute blanks too.

I also got recipes today from Karen-beecuzican_PA.  Thanks for the great recipes.  The Quick Apple Crisp will work great with the new Reduced Sugar cake mix, so hubby can enjoy it too!  Thanks for the blank cards too! 

 A note about the ones I sent Karen and Amy!  I found the book marks in my craft room today... Sorry!  I will try and send it off later this month!  I had a duh! moment there I guess.

• Beth I got yours and don't worry the blank cards are cute and I will love to use them. I'm sorry to hear about the fire in your workshop, fire is one of my fears. We had a kitchen fire about a year and a half ago. I don't think the kids will let me ever forget it.
• I also recieved fromeloise such cute cards. I can't wait to make the easy sugar cookies, did you know the other day was national sugar cookie day

I got an envelope in the mail today!! HOORAY!

Robin McLaughlin (momof2girls5cats) sent me an amazing 11 recipes!! They ALL look wonderful!I haven't decided for sure which will be first, but I think it'll be either Mexican Spaghetti, or Henrietta's Potatoes. Also, thank you for sending the adorable self-stick notes. I've never seen those before! She also sent me the most amazing recipe cards!! I'll be sure and put those to good use, that's for sure!
