welcome! I am the one who organizes meals for ladies in our church who just had babies. We have people on a sign up sheet who are willing to do meals, and I just go down the list and give them a call, and almost always people are more then willing to help out. If you have a big list of willing people, you never have to ask someone more then maybe once a year.
Today I just got asked to do a meal for an elderly couple in our church, they are both in their 80's and she has had a lot of health problems lately. He can't have pork, and she is diabetic. So that shouldn't be a problem, as my BIL is diabetic, so I am familiar with the diet restrictions. What sort of meals do you like to make for people during the summer months? Often during the winter I will make soup, buns and dessert, but summer is different, and being two elderly people, I really have no idea what to make!

It feels like a mouth in foot kinda day!
