Thanks so much for the sweet welcome. Now I have a question, is there a special place that the daily post take place, or do we do this like a journal? See all of this maybe stupid questions, but hey someone has to ask them.
Tomorrow I have my weight in at w.w.'s. I have been at a plateau for quite sometime, and have been going to the gym 5 days a week for the past month. I should add as well that I had a total hip replacement April 21, 2008, and am scheduled for a total knee replacement August 25, 2008, so getting back to the gym was a hugh goal for me. Now here is the thing, my clothes are fitting oh so much looser, but the scale is not going down. However, I am determined not to allow this to frustrate me, I am continuing to eat smart and eat on program as well as getting to the gym at 5 a.m., Monday through Friday.
