    Cajun Remoulade ~ awesome ~

    Cajun Remoulade

     

     

    1/2 cup each, celery and green onions

     

    2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley

     

    2 garlic cloves chopped

     

    1 cup mayonnaise

     

    1 Tbs paprika

     

    2 Tbs capers

     

    2 Tbs prepared horseradish

     

    1 Tbs each, Dijon mustard,  ketchup, fresh lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, and hot sauce

     

    1/2 tsp salt

     

     

    Pulse the first 4 ingredients in a food processor until coarsley chopped.  Add remaining ingredients and pulse 3-4 more tims to incorporate~

    Hi Rosie,    I use it in place of Tarter Sauce ~  LOl  ~ Title is a little misleading sounds like it should come with a review~  Lol~

     

    Most tarter sauces have just relish,  But I love the capers  in this one ~  It really is up a notch from the  regular type~  Janie

     Ga Sally~  How nice to see you~   Things are just fine and thanks for asking~  We are presntly in the Virgin Islands ~  St Croix to be exact~  The weather is wonderful not nearly as hot as back home ~   This weekend in Jersey The temps are going to hit 100!~

    I have several new reipes to ry over the next few days and Yep I'll be doing a review~  If you enjoy Tarter Sauce with your seafood this is really a snappy little recipe and any leftovers will keep covered in the fridge for a  while~  Take Care  Janie

    Well Janie, no wonder you are  fine!  Wow, your trip sounds exciting.  I hope you are resting up so you'll have lots of energy when you come home for all that cooking you are going to be trying!  How long will you be on vacation?
