    Chicken Piccata

    Laced with lemon and simmered in white wine, this easy stovetop entree couldn’t be more elegant. An added bonus? It fills the house with a wonderful aroma.

    This recipe is soooo yummy! I shouldn't be cooking with butter, but the calorie and fat content was low enough, I went for it. Delicious!

    I used olive oil instead of butter and it came out great!

    My husband is from Argentina, and is a great cook. I rarely surprise him with a new recipe, but he LOVED this one! We will be making it again...so easy!

    This was great. So easy to prepare and the chicken comes out really tender and so flavorful.
