This was delicious! I used chili without beans because no one in my house (besides myself) likes beans and it was still very good. It was moist and had great texture. Make sure you don't over cook the veggies in the first step or they'll turn to much.

I added another can of chili and put slaw on top of each serving. Delicious!
We absolutely loved it. Very tasty.
I love this recipe! I omitted the cheese and substituted the hot dogs for the 1 lb. of lean ground beef. YUM!
Pretty good. My husband really liked it. I thought it could have used more chili. It was kind of dry. Also, I wish I had left out the brown sugar. It made it too sweet.
Not bad - definitely unusual. I would omit the chili powder if you are at all sensitive to spice.
I am so glad I tryed this recipe. Everyone loved it!
I loved that this dish was simple! And I loved the concept! But my children didn't like it (maybe because of the spice) and I even used the chili without beans as someone else suggested. I thought it was good, my husband loved it. I'm going to try it again and make a few changes and see if I can get the kids to eat it.
This casserole is great! I added a small can of corn(drained) will definately make this again!

I also added corn. Yum! For most Tex-Mex fans, this is NOT hot or even close. If you want a kick, double or triple the chili powder. This is really calorically dense meal, but it is awesome comfort food!
My family loves this recipe. We omit the chili powder and use two packages of corn bread mix.
Kids and adults alike enjoyed this bake! I used cocktail weinies instead of regular dogs, and just cut them in half.
