How get baked chicken to turn brown?

I often use chicken recipes where the chicken breasts or pieces are coated with breadcrumbs. Often their dipped in flour and some egg mixture first, but it seems no matter how I make them I have trouble getting them to cook to a nice golden brown. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get my baked chicken to turn brown without compromising the healthfulness of the recipe?

Put them under the broiler briefly (1 to 2 min) on each side for the last minute or two in the oven.

I spray it with a bit of Pam or something like that.

I would recommend spraying a frying pan with pam (you could use a tbs. oil, but pam keeps the recipe on the lighter side) get the pan nice and hot to about med/high, then put the chicken breasts in for just a minute on each side (searing them). Then finish baking them in the oven.
