Hi, Just found out about this thread here and am delighted. I'm wondering how many of you are on special diets or just doing this on your own. I think I ate too well this past winter and finding my jeans are a little tight. Maybe the dryer did it not sure. Have found that wearing sweat pants let those big pounds slide on but refuse to budge off. I was thinking about trying some of the diabetic recipes to get me going and I really need to learn to eat breakfast dinner and then supper. I find that having a smoothie at 6;30am does me until about 9:30 and then I need to eat again.Trying to figure out my best paln of attack. Anyways I'll be back for more of your ideas and hints.Thanks Pam
