    Beef barbecue Sandwich

I am looking for a really good (tried & true) beef barbecue recipe for a surprise bridal shower - preferably an oven baked recipe or it could be crock pot.... also, I am looking for only hamburger recipes - not brisket or any other cuts of meat - just lean hamburger)  I don't want it to be greasy or runny but to spoon on the sandwiches nicely like the storebought deli kind does. Thank you for any suggestions!
