Artichokes & herbs are big deal now. With everyone growing more fresh things at home....I'd like to see a photo step by step on how to prep them. We tried fresh artichokes once & ended up tossing them, they were so strange & seemed like so much work - much easier to open a can or frozen box. I've read the instructions over & over - but when I cut open an artichoke - it all leaves my brain.
Herbs are another place that photo's would be really helpful. Some herbs are easy - but some are not..do you use the stem or not. Do you leave the herb in the finished dish? Do you add it at the beginning or at the end? Or - do you just say the heck with it & open a jar? LOL
