Adria Nyxx....paging Adria Nyxx!

Am I remembering correctly that Windglitter is you?  It seems like years ago you changed your name to Windglitter but then when you returned to the board you were Adria again.  Just wondering if Windglitter really IS you!  I like to know who I'm talking to! LOL

I remember you posting on The Verandah back when Nonnie4Two did that thread everyday.  Do you know where those ladies are now?  I've missed them!

OBB I think she was one of those eliminated by the Board Police after that nasty post to MarthaM last week.

FWIW, Adria was kicked off because of a totally fun thread she posted of a comical dancing guy in his underwear.  Just about everyone who replied to it thought it was a hoot.

Obviously not everyone found it amusing.

Oh, sorry.  I just thought she just changed her name again maybe.  Maybe she'll show up again.  Didn't know there were posters kicked off, but it seems that even if they are they always show up again, so I guess it's no big deal.

If someone just continues posting under another name, there's no 'she will be back'. She already is, deceptive as that is.

And I don't think anybody should be so sure they know the details about why a person was banned or subjected to any other bb discipline. That's between them and the community manager; he's not about to share the reasons with anybody, and the 'banned' will always put their own spin on things.

Mine was a general statement about anybody who was banned or disciplined here or on any other bb. We never really know the details.

And I have no clue what the reference to my 'not going back' to BYC even means... I still post there occasionally (I think as recently as last week), and no doubt will continue to do so in the future--although I find the other B&B boards more interesting than BYC.

 There has been no secret of the relationship between Adria and WindGlitter. We've been posting since 2002, one more than the other, in a total open way. Nothing deceptive about that. Everyone here has the same rights as everyone else, and the abuse button DOES click both ways.

There is no 'spin' to be put on anything. Adria was locked out for a week for the dancing guy, that's all the email said. WindGlitter was not. So in the mean time you stay on your side of the bridge and I'll stay on mine.

It seems to me that the banning/discipline is directed to a person, not all the different names they might use. Yes, trolls come back using different names, but that doesn't mean that the intent was only to block their participation under one name. Sure, it's deceptive to come back under another name. But different strokes for different folks...

I was banned too, thought it was supposed to be for 5 days tho and I didn't even know it until a day later.  What I posted was silly, very tiny and meant no harm, but yes I knew I had crossed the line. I shan't post it again...

I was honored to read only later that Adria had been booted for awhile as well, as I consider her to be a fun poster, not mean or cruel.  I remember seeing the underwear dancing person and I'm really pretty surprised that it even garnered a 'slap on the hand'.

I think that most posters are considered fun, except perhaps by those who have been on the receving end of their meanness and cruelty.

Are you saying Adria was mean or cruel to someone?  I highly doubt that.
