    Recipe help please

I have a recipe for a cake I was wanting to make my DH for his birthday this weekend.  It calls for Dutch Process Cocoa --- I went to 3 different stores in my area and none of them had it.  Will it make an immense difference if I just use regular baking cocoa?

    Thank you so much!

I don't know from experience, but I found this searching the web. Hope it helps!

I would use Hershey's if I could not find the designated brand.

I always use Hershey's with very good results.

Thank you so much ladies - now I can feel more confident making this cake.  It has so many steps that I didn't want to have a messed up cake with all that work.
