    RASPBERRY OATMEAL BARS

    RASPBERRY OATMEAL BARS
1 box white or yellow cake mix
2 ½ cups quick cooking oats
    ¾ cup butter, melted
    12 oz jar raspberry jam
    1 Tbsp water

Line a 9x13 pan with fin foil extending it over the edges. Grease foil
and set aside. Preheat oven to 375. Stir cake mix, oats, and melted butter
until crumbly. Press half of mixture into prepared pan. Combine jam and
water. Spread over crust to within ½ inch of the edges. Sprinkle evenly
with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Col in pan. Using
edges of foil, lift out of pan, and cut into bars.

This sounds delicious and easy.  My hubs' favorite is blueberries, so I think I'll try this recipe with blueberry jam.  Thanks!
