Apricot Dipping Sauce
8 ounces sour cream
1/3 cup apricot preserves
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Combine together the sour cream, apricot preserves, and almond extract and stir well until combined. The Apricot Dipping Sauce can be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Serve with a tray of fresh fruits.
