 Hmmmmmm..............I know there is a Prickly Pear Cactus that has a flower on it....... but it wouldn't be that I don't think...............Rose sounds better like Twinkle said, LOL.  I'll keep giving this some thought!

I have a question.  Which two fruits do you cross to get a grapefruit?

 Hmmmmm............I'm not sure   I think one would be an orange, but I don't know what the other fruit would be..........

I was also thinking orange and lemon or lime, except that would not account for the size of a grapefruit.  I have been trying to think of what would account for that and I am coming up blank.

Well it's a pomelo and an orange.  I bought a pomelo once to try it out and then I googled it.  If you haven't ever tried a pomelo - you really should.  It tastes just like a grapefruit but without the bitterness and it isn't so tingly on the tongue.  Unfortunately I can't eat either grapefruit or pomelo with the drugs I am now taking... :o(

 Berny - I don't think I've ever seen a pomelo before at the grocery store - I'll have to check our Wegman's grocery store...........if anybody would have that, they would.  They sound good!
