    freezing single serving desserts

Hi I'm new here. I am married for 16 yrs with four kids 15 to 6 yrs. I was wondering if anyone had advice or recipes for single serving desserts. My hubby likes to have a little something before bed but not everynight. So whatever I bake for him goes bad before he finishes it all. So I would like to be able to pull something out of the freezer and heat it up as needed. Thanks for your help.   Amy

Amy, I do it all the time...only it is for me not him! I generally buy a 6 inch cake, have one piece & wrap individual pieces in foil & freeze...same way with a pie, cut the wedges & freeze...sweet rolls, donuts, the list is endless....brownies now come in one size portions, just microwave for a bit & they're done...not need to freeze them, or make a batch & freeze in portions...
