    Eva's Cranberry Pie

    This recipe is from my dughter Eva who just turned 9.

    1 ghrahm cracker crust
    1 cup (or more) of cranberry sauce
    1 box of vanilla pudding (plus milk to make pudding as directed for pie)
    1 tub of cool whip
    3 T. chopped pecans or walnuts

    Stir together milk and vanilla pudding. Let set in fridge for 5 minutes, then add cranberry suace and fold in cool whip. Pour into crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with chopped nuts for garnish.

     

     

    I just submitted this to a monthly recipe contest for a product panel I'm on. For those of you who don't know Eva is my just turned 9yo daughter who is my shaddow in the kitchen.
