I agree with BJ, laundry is bad. I haven't had any empty laundry basket or find my bathroom floor until today. Its been that way since Sept when I went back to school.

BJ, Skyline is horrible. But at the time we couldn't get in any where. And now we wouldn't be able to get rid of our house. Over on 9th street a house had all the police tape up. A customer at my work told me that someone was killed over drugs. Yikes!! My house was about a mile and half.

 Rachelle, is your DH back to work yet?  I hope he has better luck this year. The economy sucks all over. No raise in Social Security this year either. Times are tough.

BJ, while on a job in August he broke his foot. We were lucky it was at work because it would've been awful. The workers comp was more than his one job a week. The company he works for has picked up some rigs so it might be picking up a little. The doctor released him to go back to work at the end of last month. Its gotten a little bit better. Nothing like it was a couple of years ago though.

Diane- Did you see where we were typing at the same time. I loved the chicken catcher this year on americas got talent. I also liked the lady opera singer, but I wouldn't go to Vegas and pay money to hear her. Dh and I are going to check out Terry Fador at the 1/2 price ticket venues when we are there. Last time (August) he was sold out all 3 nights we had tried. We are thinking maybe on Thanksgiving night he won't be. At least we are hoping. I don't care if I end up in the nose bleed section, I just can't afford some of the ticket prices. Ya, I know , then why are we going? lol, Because I will be in Vegas when I am 50,lol.

Rachelle and BJ- lol, That is why I went to a casino,lol.

I've got to go finish making DD's bed. Very hard to do with them taking the quilts and afghans and putting them below the bed and jumping off the bed and onto the stack of blankets and stuffed animals. Its also that time that I fix up a wish list for the kids online. So much easier for my mom and my MIL to do shopping for the kids that way.

 Rachelle, I wish him luck and will keep good thoughts for him. I hope this country's economy picks up soon.

Thanks BJ. When I get done with school, DH wants to go back too. He wants to go into physcial therapy. I don't mind as long as it will be a recession proof job.  My only thing is I've got this semester and spring semester and then I can take the test to see if I am accepted into the nursing program. My advisor told me they only accept 39 applicants out of 80 or so that take the test. Its a huge number game and that is why I've been stressed about my B in biology.

BJ,  The no sleeping thing....I'm sure its an age related thing.....just think of the people that have the problem on here.  I hope you will take the Tylenol or Advil PM for several nights and get a sleep pattern established.....it will help...not an do all... end all, but it will get you back on track.  If you should chose to go to the Dr. he will give you a prescription medication for sleep, as there really isn't much else to do about the problem.  I know you don't know when the sleeplessness is going to hit....no one does....but after a night or two of it just take the PM's for a few nights and re-establish the pattern once again.  I think I have mentioned before.....I do take the Advil PM's.. the dosage calls for two and I have only ever taken one and had great results, however, if it wouldn't work...I would never think twice or be concerned about taking the full dosage. 

I know these nights are upsetting, especially to you, and that only in turn makes it more apt to set up a cycle of off and on sleep....

Elaine,  I know some of those shows are mighty cashy......when we were there we just did all the casino shows, actually, we didn't have enough time to fit in much of anything, plus the cost of some of them were prohibitive.  I wold love to see Terry Fader and I agree.....I wouldn't care a lot for the opera singer, but she might be doing some nightclub things if she is showing in Vegas...oh heck, whatever you do, it will be a wonderful time and I am envious....I would like to go back, but it will be a long time before I get there I imagine....it's quite a drive and I'm not ready to fly anywhere, yet.

Have you ever read anything by Jennifer Haigh?  I am reading Mrs. Kimble....thus far, a strange book.

Diane, yes you have recommended that and I did take them one night but ran out. So now I have a new bottle and will try for a few nights. Let's see if it works. I'm sure it's age related but I'm so not used to it and I'm getting up late in the morning. That's what I hate the most. I hate for someone to have to start my post. I've been doing it for almost 7 years and it's frustrating.

 OMG, I've had such problems on here. MSN said they needed to install something or I couldn't continue, so I installled it. Then when they told me to reboot, I did. But my Firefox homepage is gone and MSN is there. I went to the control panel and uninstalled the MSN toolbar and low and behold it's back. Went back to the control panel and it's gone. I have no clue what's going on but someone told us on a Nov. 5 thread that we were grammatically incorrect on here. It's seems to want to bring me up to that date for some reason. She was the only one posting on our Nov 5 post. I guess tomorrow I'll have to delete Foxfire and reinstall it.  Weird. See you all in the morning. I'm tired of messing with this computer.

Another Good Night & Good Morning post all in one........

I've been up sewing again and now since I can't see straight, I'm heading to bed!   I have to take DH to the airport in exactly 4 hours (6:00), so I probably won't be here to say Good Morning to all of you.  I hope that you all have a nice, relaxing day!
