Yes I bought it off of CVS and I liked it at first and then the sides started to peel and chip..I don't use a dishwasher don't have one or never did..I called Culinary Integrity and they said the sides and rims are not covered on the warranty only the bottom of the pan..I was very disappointed..As of Yesterday I threw away another one of my pans because it is peeling too much to use..I am not happy with them at all or there warranty..I hand wash all my pans..So they can't blame it on abuse..And always use wood or plastic spoons...I would not recommend them to anyone. I was so happy I could buy something made in the USA too...But the pans stink..Doris Marsh
