Thank you for the help. I will use both pouches in the recipe. Here is the recipe--
Canned peach topping from cooks.com
3 1/2 c ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
1 c ripe bananas, finely chopped
1/4 c maraschion cherries, chopped
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
6 c sugar
1 bottle fruit pectin
combine first 4 ingredients and mis. Add sugar and fruit pectin. Bring to full rolling boil and boil for 1 minute. Pour into sterilized jars and sea. Makes 6 (1/2 pint) jars. I pan to process for 10 minuted in a water bath canner. Serve over cottage cheeese, ice cream, cheese cake, custard or combine with fresh fruit for a salad.
