    Crockpot Apple Cranberry Crisp

    3 apples - (any kind)
    1 Cup cranberries
    3/4 Cup brown sugar
1/3 Cup rolled oats - (quick cooking)
    1/4 Teaspoon salt
    1 Teaspoon cinnamon
    1/3 Cup butter, softened

Peel, core and slice apples. Place apple slices and cranberries in crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl and sprinkle over top of apple and cranberries. Place 4 or 5 paper towels over the top of the crockpot, place an object (perhaps a wooden spoon) across the top of the crockpot and set lid on top. This allows the steam to escape. Turn crockpot on HIGH and cook for about 2 hours.

    This recipe yields 4 servings.

Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Combine salad dressing mix and water; pour over chicken. cover and cook on low for 3 hours. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and soup until blended. BTW when I made this, I used 2 large chicken breasts cut in cubes. When I added the cream cheese mixture, I threw in a handfull of frozen, chopped broccoli. Served it over fettucini and it tasted like Chicken Broccoli Alfredo.

Hi....This is a really delicious recipe. It's one of the recipes I put in our cloggers cookbook that we printed up. Hope you all like it.
    POTATOES EUPHORIA
    4 green onions,(tops also)finely chopped
    2 cloves of garlic, minced
    S&P to taste
    8 (about 2lbs.) potates,sliced into 1/8 in. thick rounds
8 oz. cream cheese, cut into small cubes
In a small bowl, combine the green onios and garlic. Butter a 4qt. crockpot, and layer 1/4 of the potatoes.Sprinkle with S&P to taste, 1/3 of the cream cheese and 1/3 of the onion mixture. Make a second layer of 1/4 potatoes, S&P to taste, and half of the remaining cheese and onion mixture. Repeat with a third layer of potatoes, S&P and remaining cheese and onion mixture. Make a final layer of potatoes, add S&P to taste.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Stir to distribute the melting cheese. Cover and continue cooking until potatoes are tender, about 1 hour more.
    Stir. serve and ENJOY!
OPTIONAL: Slices of han can be added in between the layers.
