    Fried Spinach as a garnish & bed for appetizer?

    Does anyone have a recipe for this. I first had this on the American Queen Riverboat as a bed under fried frogs legs. It was wonderful-best thing on cruise---and there were many.
    I saw the last part of spinach being fried on a frier being sold on the Shop At Home channel. It did not look like they had done anything to it. It was so tasty and unusual. Anybody know about this?

    I've had it at a restaurant before and I've made this recipe. It is good. I found it to be a bit messt to make...but maybe because my spinach wasn't totally dry. I need to try aking it again. DELICIOUS!!!
