My family loves them.  I make 2 batches everyday during deer season using deer sausage and moozeralla cheese. My son loves them! They also freeze well. I do the dough in the bread machine and it has come out perfect every time of the many dozens I have probably made them.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Shortcut: Just brown ground beef and onion and garlic. Put it on the dough circles. Squeeze ketchup over and top with cheese.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You also can use other fillings. Like chicken with cream of chicken soup and green onions we like. I didn't quite have enough filling to make 16 so I made a couple with ham and cheese.  My kids ate these so fast they were gone in no time.  I definately need to make a double batch with my family.  The dough/bread is excellent.  I will now use this dough recipe for my bierocks.  I am going to try pizza toppings in some like another reviewer said just to see what that tastes like.  This recipe is a keeper and I will make often.
