I changed a couple of minor things. I did not use canned chicken. I cooked my own chicken first and I added about a tablespoon of crumbled blue cheese to the chicken mixture. It's very rich and spicy but definitely good!

Re: Buffalo Chicken Dip

This stuff is so very good! I bought all the ingredients but am second guessing myself..he said he used franks hot sauce "to taste" but this recipe is the same but it uses "buffalo wing sauce" I saw the "hooters" brand wing sauce at my local Kroger..any suggestions on which I should use from anyone who has made this? THANKS!!

Re: Buffalo Chicken Dip

i have also served it in a crock pot to keep it warm for long football games, still good to the last bite.

Re: Buffalo Chicken Dip

I love this recipe! I do add more chicken----either a 12.5 oz. can or a 10 oz. can and a 5 oz. can. Everywhere I have taken it I have had requests for the recipe. I make Italian bread in the bread maker and slice the bread slices into quarters and serve it with the dip. We have been known to have this is a meal. Our mail handler was at an event where I brought it and she left a note in the mailbox requesting the recipe.

Re: Buffalo Chicken Dip

I mix all the ingredients together and heat on the stove top.
