I haven't used my machine in a while, this was a&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;great reintroduction to it.  I didn't have bread flour so used regular flour and white whole wheat.  Light, crispy crust,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;big loaf.
