One of the best-they were fork tender and so tasty. The gravy is wonderful over mashed potatoes. I used 6 bone-in center cut chops and it worked great. I browned them in olive oil instead of vegetable and I added garlic powder, lots of fresh ground black pepper and a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the soup mixture. I will be using this again....and it was so easy too! We used water and onion soup mix instead of the can of French Onion Soup.
