I love the magazine and would look forward each month to finding it in my mailbox. The recipes were always delicious and I knew that I could trust them. But I would usually only use them for special dinners, like when company was coming or holidays or things like that.

Then I got a free issue of Simple & Delicious and let me tell you I had a new favorite magazine. I make almost every recipe. There are snack recipes, lunch recipes, breakfast recipes and dinner recipes. Freezer meals, crockpot meals, special desserts and cookies.

I still love my Taste of Home magazine but I'm crazy about my Simple & Delicious magazine. I get my moneys worth and more out of both of these subscriptions.

Melissa

Re: General question about Simple and Delicious

I subscribe to all three Reiman cooking magazines (TOH, S&D, and Healthy Cooking). I find each of them to be different and I always find recipes to try in all of them. Simple & Delicious always has yummy, quick and easy recipes. Yes, you will find healthy recipes there as well as recipes for two. Here is a recent recipe I prepared from Simple and Delicious and it was a huge hit at our house. It is now a regular that I fix often. I doubled it when our son and daughter in law came over to eat with us.

Joan

Jack cheese adds extra warmth to this golden brown chicken topped with
tender veggies and bacon. It cooks in no time, and you can vary the
flavor by substituting different cheeses.
