Hi Marge,

There is four cheeses..the Parmesan and Ramano are on the first line, then the mozzarella and ricotta cheeses follows.

I thought the same thing, then I finally caught it.

GOOD EVENING. I JUST RECEIVED MY JULY/AUGUST MAGAZINE. AS I WAS READING THE RECIPE ON PAGE 47, IT STATES FOUR CHEESES. HOWEVER, THE INGREDIENTS ONLY CALL FOR THREE CHEESES. WHAT IS THE FOURTH CHEESE???
