I am assuming that your beater bar is "what I call the paddle". It is not unusual for it to come out in the bread (sometimes mine does and sometimes not). I use a dowel rod (or wooden pencil) to stick in the hole and gently work it a bit and it comes out (sometimes clean and sometimes a HOLE). DON'T scratch your paddle because it will make it stick worse.

If you are still looking for it, I have the recipe book for the J5741X bread machine. I could scan it and send. I am looking for the manual because my beater bar doesn't click in and bakes into the loaf of bread. Does yours do that too?

Do you still have a copy of the Citizen Auto Bakery booklet? My Aunt gave me her breadmaker but she couldn't find the booklet. a copyt would be delightful!

Hi . I was also looking for this manual. I wanted to put my bread maker (samemodel) into a garage sale. I found my manual. I am presently making a loaf of bread- I may just decide to keep it.

I did some searching on the internet for a manual for your machine, but I didn't find anything.

Check out these above sites and see if that helps. Not knowing how much you know about breadmachines it is hard to know exactly what you need if your manual cannot be replaced.
