There are a lot of people who are doing Weight Watchers. Some are just doing their own diets.

I have the same problem as you. I tend to put on 5-7 lbs. in the winter and then have to take it off so that my summer clothes will fit.
I think it's the humidity in my closet that shrinks my clothes in winter. :-)...couldn't be what I'm eating...but those darn sweats don't help do they? It that waistband will expand....I will expand it. That's why I won't wear sweats all day but make myself put on my jeans.

I look forward to getting to know you.
I just bumped up a Get to Know You Diet post. Maybe you'd like to take a look at it and get to know some of us.
Tell us about yourself.

Are you following special diets/

Hi, Just found out about this thread here and am delighted. I'm wondering how many of you are on special diets or just doing this on your own. I think I ate too well this past winter and finding my jeans are a little tight. Maybe the dryer did it not sure. Have found that wearing sweat pants let those big pounds slide on but refuse to budge off. I was thinking about trying some of the diabetic recipes to get me going and I really need to learn to eat breakfast dinner and then supper. I find that having a smoothie at 6;30am does me until about 9:30 and then I need to eat again.Trying to figure out my best paln of attack. Anyways I'll be back for more of your ideas and hints. Thanks Pam
