I love the feel of it when it gets that &amp;quot;silky&amp;quot; feeling. But I&amp;#39;m now 68 years old and have really bad arthritis. When I make bread and do the kneading by hand, the next day, my hands are so swolen I cannot make a fist. So, discovering that I can use the bread dough hook has been a real boon for me. I use the dough hook on my KA to mix/knead it with so it takes all the work out.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;ASIAGO CHEESE BREAD&lt;br /&gt;makes 1 loaf bake at 425 for 35 minutes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 1/2 to 3 3/4 cups bread flour&lt;br /&gt;1 envelope dry yeast&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 teaspoons salt&lt;br /&gt;1/4 teaspoon black pepper&lt;br /&gt;1 1/4 cups milk&lt;br /&gt;2 Tablespoons unsalted butter&lt;br /&gt;1 1/4 shredded Asiago cheese ( 5 ounces)&lt;br /&gt;1 egg&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of the bread flour, the yeast, salt and pepper.&lt;br /&gt;In saucepan, heat milk and butter over low heat until temp is 120 to 130 degrees&lt;br /&gt;stir milk mixture into flour mixture until smooth&lt;br /&gt;stur in 1 cup of the asiago cheese&lt;br /&gt;gradually stir in about 2 cups of the flour to make a soft dough and knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;oil large bowl; add dough and turn to coat.
