&lt;p&gt;I like to make it like Ina--Barefoot Contessa,&amp;nbsp; clean &amp;amp; devein then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder(I do that) &amp;amp; add a little oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-12 minutes. mmmmmm!!!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I splurged yesterday and bought some shrimp.&amp;nbsp; I would just love to spend a week along a coast where shrimp is fresh and plentiful and have the ability to eat, eat, eat all I desire!!&amp;nbsp; We will be having Shrimp Scampi and Shrimp skewers with angle hair pasta and garden fresh&amp;nbsp;salad.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; (a chicken breast for DS). &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow was DH&amp;#39;s scheduled Saturday to work, so he volunteered to go ahead and work today&lt;img src="http://community.tasteofhome.com/emoticons/emotion-6.gif" alt="Sad" /&gt;&amp;nbsp; The extra $$$ is always a good thing though.&amp;nbsp; The kiddos and I will go to a festival in a small town close by and watch the firework display that I&amp;#39;ve heard is awesome!&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;m hoping DH won&amp;#39;t be too tired to join us for the fireworks!&lt;/p&gt;
