We had canned some red jalapenos from our garden in 1/4 pint jars and that amount was perfect to add to the green chilis.&amp;nbsp; This was way easier than making poppers. &lt;/p&gt;</description></item><item><title>Re: Wonderful appetizer! &lt;p&gt;I used parmesan from a bag from BJs...it&amp;#39;s closer to fresh than container of Kraft ( IMHO), but I&amp;#39;m sure either will do. I usually get ours at a local Italian market, but needed so much for a lot of recipes that I just bought this large bag.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would never hesitate to use the Kraft- especially when it&amp;#39;s something that will be cooked. I have always found that to be great!&lt;/p&gt;
