<>We had two sons attend college at the University of
Wyoming in Laramie. There is not a lot there as Willie told you.
She pretty well summed up the shopping that is there.

One
place that does come to mind, though is called the "Brown and Gold"
store. That is the University's colors and they have MANY very
cool things that they sell there related to the college colors.
I know my sons enjoyed shopping there.

I'm
sorry that nothing else comes to my mind besides that and what Willie
has already covered. And by all means, HEED what she
said about I-80 between Cheyenne and Laramie! Cheyenne does have
much more shopping and malls, etc. than Laramie but keep an eye out on
the weather report!

I hope your niece enjoys her time in Wyoming! Both of our sons graduated from the University and it is a very good school!

Renee
This is the restaurant section of the pages. Also I looked up Chili's by name because many college towns have them and it's easy to get gift cards to them too. So, take a look at this site and it might help.

My niece is graduating high school in Michigan and will start in the fall at U of W. Due to the fact that $$ in no problem and the girl has absolutly everything under the sun anyone would want, I'm having a hard time thinking about what I could get her as a graduation gift. DH and DD suggested gift cards to area stores and places to eat in Laramie. Problem is, I've been unable to find in any search I've done if there is a mall in this city. Anyone know? I figure if it's a college town, they must have some big names stores, but then I've never been there, so I could be wrong. If I knew what stores, or places to eat were available, maybe gift cards would be the way to go.

Any other suggestions for gifts would also be helpful and most appreciated. Thanks so much!!
