&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Otherwise - I would freeze balls of dough, thaw them in the fridge overnight and then bring them to room temp before pushing them out in the pan.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But if you&amp;#39;re going to make a lot of pizzas you can make up the pizza as usual and freeze the whole thing.&amp;nbsp; After all, that&amp;#39;s how you can buy frozen pizzas in the stores.&amp;nbsp; I like just freezing the dough alone because I like to bake the dough with nothing on it for about 5 minutes and then add all the stuff and bake again.&amp;nbsp; But it probably would be too much trouble when making a lot.&lt;/p&gt;
