&lt;p&gt;Here is a very good new recipe that I tried recently.I think it came from Trisha Yearwood&amp;#39;s cookbook.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Chicken Broccoli Casserole&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 c. cooked rice&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3 c. cooked, chopped broccoli&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 c. sour cream&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/2 c. real mayonnaise&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 can cream of chicken soup&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 T. lemon juice&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10 oz grated Cheddar cheese&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/2 t. salt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/4 t. black pepper&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread rice in an even layer.Mix remaining ingredients and pour over. If you like top with a little more cheese. Bake 40&amp;quot;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
