I need a new toaster...the one I have is just awful! It either doesn't toast, only toasts one side or burns the bread to a crisp. I have been fighting it for two years. I NEED a toaster. BUT...if the ol hippie gets me a toaster I am going to hurt hime! NOONE gets a toaster for Christmas, do they?

But I have to really think what I would WANT....it sure isn't *S*

Is it as bad as getting a can opener for christmas--- yes my mom gave me a can opener, not electric or anything............. you should get one of those cheap toasters that are at walgreens to get you through, I think they are like $7.......... we had a night mare toaster too, it burned the kids every time they tried to use it, the part that was supposed to not get hot did, they didn't eat toast or Eggo waffles for months.

All I want for Christmas is for my families health problems to be over... it would be nice to get back to some sort of 'normal' again.

I had to think for only a minute! What I want is for my daughter to get back in church, along with my 4 beautiful, adorable grandchildren! A handsome 50ish bachelor who loves football and hockey wouldn't hurt either........lol! Cindy

Maryann - I really go along with you.....If my family is well and happy that is the best thing I could have. I don't really need anything and I have so much more fun and pleasure doing for others. But I guess if I had to pick out one thing it would be new grass for the front yard, BUT with so many kinds to choose from I really get confused.

What I really would like for Christmas is to be with my kids & granddaughter. Since I am not going to get that I guess I will be praying for a better economy, peace & long relationship with my wonderful Sisters!

My front door painted, this has been on my Wish List thru Birthday, Anniversary, but now it is too cold, and will have to be put off until 2009. I have gone as far, as getting the paint, but DH is "too busy or "not the right time".

My neighbor offered to paint it for me 2 years ago, but I said no. I really think this is something that should be done by DH.

I've asked to have more of my mexico pictures printed. I have only printed about 100 of them and there are many many pictures. I know I won't print them all, but I want several 100 more printed. i guess that's the big thing.

I'm hoping to get a matching pair of cake pans, mine are not matching, and they are a bit rusty and dented....... and I need mroe oven mits...... my kids keep thinking they are puppets

I am hoping for a Scone pan. I showed them to my mom to show to my hubby. I know this is crazy...I would like two...these are the heavy cast iron....I would also like a large heavy stock/soup pot....

This may sound stupid, but it's so cold in our house (our choice) that I want some nice long underwear shirts and pink or blue dearform slippers. I guess I'm pretty easy to please. I was going to show DH a picture of the slippers and hopefully I will get something close to what the picture is.
